＋ Are RuRuyuyu crystals natural? Do they come with a certificate?

We work mainly with natural crystals and stones. We label each piece’s variety and any known treatments from supplier documents and incoming sources. If a third-party report exists, the product page quotes the lab’s wording. Most pieces still rest on written supplier notes — we attach a certificate when we have one, and we never fake one. ＋ How is shipping calculated? When is it free?

7-11 pickup shipping is NT$ 60. Orders of NT$ 1,500 and above ship free. Outlying islands follow 7-11 rules. See Shipping, packaging and returns.

＋ Can I return or exchange? How long do I have?

In-stock items have a 7-day cooling-off period starting the day after receipt. You may cancel within that period by returning the goods or giving written notice, without giving a reason; necessary inspection does not remove that right. Goods custom-made to your requirements are excluded where this exclusion was disclosed before purchase. Rights concerning defects or goods that do not match the order remain unaffected. ＋ How do I order a custom bracelet? Will I be charged immediately?

Sending a custom request does not charge you. We discuss the beads, quote, and only make it after you confirm. Goods custom-made to your requirements are excluded from the 7-day cooling-off period where this exclusion was disclosed before purchase. Rights concerning defects or goods that do not match the order remain unaffected.

＋ Do crystals heal or change luck?

No. Cultural symbolism is for companionship and self-exploration. We talk about energy, company and symbols — not medical effects, and not “wear it and your luck changes”. If you have health concerns, please seek professional help. Crystals do not replace medical care.

＋ Does a fortune reading collect my birth data? Is it safe?

Charts are computed in your browser. Birth data is not uploaded or stored unless you explicitly tap “Save chart”. You can delete saved charts in Account. Readings are for entertainment and self-exploration.

＋ Will silver tarnish? How do I care for it?

Yes. Silver oxidises with air and sweat — that is normal, not a defect. Wipe with a silver cloth after wear, keep away from perfume and hot springs, and store separately in a zip bag. Silver pieces include a care note.

＋ Is the AI companion professional counselling?

No. It is companionship, not counselling or medical care. If you or someone near you is in crisis, seek professional help or call 1925, 1995 or 1980 in Taiwan.
