If a third-party report exists, the product page quotes the lab’s wording. Most pieces still rest on written supplier notes — we attach a certificate when we have one, and we never fake one. Ready-made goods have a 7-day cooling-off period from the day after you receive them (not a trial). Return unused, with original packaging. Custom bracelets are personalised and are not covered by that period, except for defects.

Yes. Silver oxidises with air and sweat — that is normal, not a defect. Wipe with a silver cloth after wear, keep away from perfume and hot springs, and store separately in a zip bag. Silver pieces include a care note.
